2. Products & Pricing

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes. Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion.

3. Custom Orders

Custom design orders require a 50% advance payment. The balance is due upon completion and prior to delivery. Custom pieces cannot be returned unless there is a verified manufacturing defect.

4. Intellectual Property

All designs, images, and content on this website are the exclusive intellectual property of OM Jewels. Reproduction without written permission is prohibited.

5. Limitation of Liability

OM Jewels is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services beyond the value of the original purchase.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi.
