At OM Jewels, your complete satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Return Window

Ready-to-wear pieces may be returned within 15 days of delivery, provided they are in original, unworn condition with all tags and certificates attached.

Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned or exchanged: custom-designed pieces (unless defective), altered or resized pieces, and items purchased during promotional sales.

How to Initiate a Return

Email returns@omjewels.in with your order number, reason for return, and photographs of the piece. Our team will respond within 24 hours with a prepaid shipping label.

Refund Process

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned piece, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

Exchange Policy

We gladly offer a one-time exchange for a different size, length, or piece of equal or greater value. Contact our team to arrange an in-store or virtual consultation for your exchange.

Manufacturing Defects

Any manufacturing defects reported within 6 months of purchase will be repaired or replaced at no cost. Our Lifetime Care programme covers annual maintenance for the life of your piece.
