Free Shipping Across India

All OM Jewels orders are shipped fully insured and at no additional cost anywhere in India via registered courier partners (Brinks / FedEx Valuables).

Delivery Timeline

In-stock Pieces: 5–7 business days.
Made-to-order Pieces: 3–5 weeks from order confirmation.
Custom Design Orders: 6–10 weeks (varies by complexity).

Packaging

Every piece is delivered in our signature OM Jewels presentation box, sealed with our wax stamp, and accompanied by the hallmark certificate and gemstone grading reports where applicable.

International Shipping

We ship internationally to UAE, USA, UK, Canada, Singapore, and Australia. International shipping charges and import duties are payable by the recipient. Please contact us for a shipping quote.

Live Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email and SMS. All shipments require an adult signature upon delivery.

Damaged / Lost Shipments

All shipments are fully insured. In the unlikely event of loss or damage during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date at shipping@omjewels.in.
